Doubtful but Different
A decimal point, surrounded by integers;
Lacking in nothing, a fraction conquers.
I can not recall a time I felt so small;
Complete with a penchant for taking it all.
I am confident, not doubtful but different,
That my time could be so much better spent.
A wave of hope, like pilgrims en route;
Squelching away your tongue with a shout.
Furtive, for sure, with a mask worn by many;
Bending down and picking up a headless penny.
